Operator, acceptance, and eligibility
RunSMS is operated by TIANXIAOPANG INC., located at 7105 11TH AVE, BROOKLYN, NY 11228. By creating an account, purchasing a service, or otherwise using RunSMS, you enter into this agreement with TIANXIAOPANG INC. and agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
RunSMS provides access to temporary and rental telephone numbers for receiving supported account-related messages. Available services, countries, numbers, rental periods, prices, and features may change. A number is licensed for the displayed purpose and period; it is not sold to you and does not become your property.
Lawful and authorized use
Use RunSMS only for lawful activity involving accounts and services you are authorized to access. You must follow applicable law and the terms of the destination service. Fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, account theft, payment abuse, sanctions evasion, unlawful surveillance, interference with the platform, resale without permission, and attempts to evade a suspension or usage limit are prohibited.
Account responsibility
Provide accurate account information, protect your password and sessions, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Do not share or transfer an account in a way that defeats security or compliance controls.
Numbers and messages
Number inventory and message delivery depend on third-party carriers, suppliers, and destination services. Numbers may have been used before and may be reassigned after an order or rental ends. Do not rely on a temporary or expired number for long-term account recovery. RunSMS does not guarantee that a destination service will accept a number or send a message, or that every message will arrive within a particular time.
Prices, balance, and payment
Prices are shown before confirmation and may change for future purchases. Purchases use the available RunSMS account balance. Funding transactions may be processed by third-party payment or blockchain services. You are responsible for using the correct payment method, network, address, and amount. Account balance is a service credit, has no cash value outside RunSMS, and cannot be transferred between users unless we expressly provide that feature.
Orders, cancellation, and refunds
Temporary-number and rental orders follow the Refund Policy shown on this site. Eligible failed, cancelled, or timed-out temporary-number orders are returned to RunSMS balance. A rental number is non-refundable after successful assignment, including when an expected message does not arrive, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Review the service, price, and rental period before confirming.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service and may limit orders for security, supplier, legal, or operational reasons. We aim to keep order and balance records accurate, but temporary interruptions can occur. Contact support with the order ID if a transaction appears incomplete or inconsistent.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close an account, cancel pending orders, preserve relevant records, or refuse service when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, the service is being abused, payment is disputed or reversed, or action is needed for security or legal compliance. Where appropriate, remaining balance and active orders will be handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Intellectual property
The RunSMS name, website, software, design, text, and related materials are owned by or licensed to RunSMS and are protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not grant ownership of the service or its content.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, RunSMS disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for a destination service's decisions, third-party outages, carrier filtering, delayed messages, or losses caused by using a temporary number after its availability ends. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service, security, or legal changes. Updated terms take effect when posted or on a later date stated on the page.
