What is a temporary privacy number?
It is a separate number used to receive a supported account service message without repeatedly sharing your personal mobile number.
What is the difference between temporary and rental numbers?
Temporary numbers are designed for a short, single-use flow. Rental numbers stay assigned for a selected period and can receive ongoing account service messages.
What happens if a temporary number purchase fails?
When the platform cannot complete an eligible temporary-number order, the charged amount is returned to the RunSMS account balance under the refund rules.
Are rental numbers refundable?
Once a rental number is successfully assigned, upstream cost has been incurred and the order is generally non-refundable. The confirmation screen will show this before purchase.
Can every rental number be extended?
No. Extension depends on the number, provider, and current availability. RunSMS only shows extension options when supported.
How do I contact support?
Use the Support or Contact page and include the relevant order number. Never send your password or private keys.
